Terms & Conditions


Our terms and conditions apply to all online conditions of sale from this website. Please read these conditions before ordering from us. You may wish to print these terms for future reference, or use copy and paste to save them into an archive document of your own.

These terms may change without further notice to you. Any changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

We reserve the right to change these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this site.

We agree to sell you the goods for the price stated. Prices shown include VAT. Postage, Packing, and Handling is added to your final order, but is clearly shown prior to the completion of any sale. Your order can be cancelled at this point if you are unhappy with the additional postage charges.

Where part of your order is temporarily unavailable we will despatch stock items immediately and the balance when available. We will cover the cost of further carriage charges incurred in this situation.

Many of our items have limited stock and although our site is updated regularly we cannot be responsible for any unavailability. We will wherever possible offer you the option of an alternative of equal or superior value. Naturally you have the right to refuse such substitution. All Goods are also subject to availability and if we are unable to supply we will inform you and you will be given a full refund for the non-supplied Goods.

We will not be legally bound by any factual or typographical errors on the website or other promotional materials.

All goods remain the property of E-Biz Online Limited until full payment is received.

Despatch normally takes place on the next working day after order is received. This means that you should receive your order within a maximum of 7 working days from order. All items will be sent using some process of recording delivery. Royal Mail or the couriers we use will only deliver to the address on the delivery note. The delivery will need to be signed for upon receipt, by an adult at the delivery address. In keeping with standard practice only Mon-Fri are considered working days for despatch and delivery purposes. We cannot be responsible for any delay that may occur, although where possible we will keep you informed. Any shortages or damage on delivery must be reported within 24 hours and in writing or by e-mail within 72 hours. If the goods are not available for delivery with 30 days of being ordered you shall be entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund of any monies paid.

Once the goods have been delivered to the specified address, we will not be liable for the loss or destruction of the goods.

The goods are sold at the price on our web site at the date we receive the order from you. If we find a pricing error on our web site we will inform you as soon as possible, and give you the opportunity to confirm your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we cannot contact you we will cancel the order.
If either party cancels the order and you have paid for the goods, you will be given a full refund.

Payment can be made in the forms set out in our Checkout area. We aim to keep all your information secure as set out in our Privacy Policy, however, except in cases of negligence, we are not liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

The laws of England and Wales shall govern the contract between us and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

Where applicable you may cancel your order under the distance selling regulations, and we will, in accordance with our Returns Policy, then make any necessary refunds..

If you receive faulty goods we will handle this in accordance with our Returns Policy.

We accept no liability for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever, which arise from the use of this website, the supply of goods or the use of the Goods or the future re-sale of the Goods by yourself or other parties. This is the case whether the claim is made due to negligence on our part or on the part of our employees or agents. Our entire liability to you, shall not exceed the price of the goods, except where expressly provided in these conditions.

We reserve the right to cancel or delay an order if due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control we cannot fulfil or deliver in full, you order. These circumstances which may include, but are not limited to, Acts of God, war, riot, civil unrest, fire, flood, explosion, strikes also entitle you to cancel your order in writing if such circumstances continue for a period of more than 14 continuous days. Under such circumstances, neither party is liable to the other, except where expressly provided in these conditions.

There is nothing within these Terms and Conditions that affect your statutory rights.


Refund and Returns Policy

You may decide to cancel your order at any point prior to delivery, by simply e-mailing us at Sales@GreatSoftwareOnline.co.uk. We will then confirm, also via e-mail, that the order has been cancelled. Any payments that may have been made by you, in respect to the cancelled order, will be refunded in full.

If your order has been delivered ( either in part or in full ) you can return the unwanted items to us for a full refund, as long as the following is true:-

( i ) This is done within 7 days of receiving the items.
( ii ) You have contacted us prior to returning the items and that we have issued you with a returns number. This returns number should be clearly marked on the returned packaging.
( iii ) The items are still in their original packaging, undamaged and in the same condition as when you received them.


We would highly recommend using a recorded delivery option when returning goods, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

We will endeavour to issue you with any relevant refund within 48 hours of receiving the returned items, but in anycase will never exceed 7 days.

If any goods are returned damaged we reserve the right to levy a charge commensurate with our costs of processing the sale, prior to making any refund. In this case, we will contact you again prior to issuing any refund, so that both parties have agreed the refund amount prior to processing.


Pricing Policy

We endeavour to bring you reduced prices on all software and games across the board. To highlight our reductions the 'was' price shown against each item, is the RRP for that item, not our own previous selling price. We will occasionally have special sale prices, in this instance we will show the RRP, our Usual Price, and then a Discount will be deducted at point of sale.
